Every memory care resident lives in either Oxford House, Langley House, or Hampton House. These beautifully furnished facilities are designed to specifically support seniors with memory difficulties, including a higher-than-normal staff-to-senior ratio for more personalized care.
Personal Care Plans and Services
All incoming memory care residents will receive a personal care plan. Your family, a case manager, and your loved one's personal physician will create a plan specific to their needs. This plan is evaluated every 30 days to ensure the level of care our residents need is always met.
Also available to all our residents are a variety of services and amenities.
